D I R E T R I Z offers a range of services encompassing comprehensive project management starting from property/site research, followed by the concept design including architecture and engineering, site supervision and investor consultancy throughout all construction phases.

This service includes the verification and analysis of the tender process, site supervision, fulfillment of delivery deadlines, budget and measurement revision as well as verification and approval of the materials and equipment to be used on the worksite.
